Once you've bought into the market you made need assistance to get started. Or, you may have bought as an investment and want to be a hands off operator. At Hakuba Three Peaks we can provide as much or as little assistance as you may require. 

  1. Financial Management
    No matter what you decide to do, the bills will keep on coming in. We can take the headache out of paying the monthly bills, and settle up with tradesmen for any work you want done on your property.
  2. Inspections
    We'll also keep an eye on the property and give you regular updates as to any issues arising.
  3. Bookings Systems
    We can provide online reservation systems that allow absent owners real time tracking of the booking situation. The owners can also block dates for private use.
  4. Guest Services
    Guest Pick Up / Drop Off, Supermarket Shuttles, Emergency Assistance, Guest Hotline
  5. Payment Systems
    Payment can be made through our credit card or online payment systems.
  6. Cleaning and Snow Removal
    Use our team of cleaners and snow removers to keep your property in mint condition.

Hakuba Three Peaks operates strictly within the laws of Japan. All properties must have valid operating licenses and full insurance coverage prior to Hakuba Three Peaks assuming management of the property. If you are unable to obtain these yourselves, we are able to assist you through the processs.
