- Minimum Stay
From Dec 15 - Mar 15, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
At other times there is no minimum stay.
- Deposit
On receipt of your request we will send a paypal
invoice for 20% of the total charge to be paid
within 3 days. Once we have received this deposit,
your room is guaranteed.
- Balance
The balance of the accommodation fee is due 60 days
before check in. We will send an paypal invoice for
the balance once we have received your deposit.
- Cancellation Fees
More than 2 months in advance: 20% (loss of deposit)
More than 1 month in advance: 40%
Less than 1 month in advance: 100%
